Swiss Tourism to hold roadshows from Dec 8-16

SWITZERLAND Tourism will organise a series of roadshows called the Switzerland Travel Experience from December 8 to16 across five cities in the country.

According to an official Switzerland release, the roadshows will be held in Ahmedabad, Chennai, New Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune.

The roadshow in Mumbai will be on December 14.

The roadshows, the release said, were meant to educate the travel sector through presentations and interactive workshops.

They are expected to serve as platforms for the Swiss tourism authority to communicate the latest products and also to renew contacts with the Indian travel trade and media.

Switzerland Tourism maintains business partnerships with Swiss regional tourism boards and other companies promoting tourism.

The body has brought together more than 13 Swiss partners to promote Swiss tourism, including Swiss International Airlines, St Moritz - Bernina Express, GoldenPass Line, Jungfrau Railways, Interlaken Tourism, Schiltorn Cableways and Mystery Park.
