Ford launches Endeavour Hurricane in Chennai

FORD India on Thursday said it was launching Ford Endeavour with Hurricane Gear, a variant of its sports utility vehicle, at an ex-showroom price of Rs 14.57 lakh in Chennai for the 4x2 version.

According to a Ford India press release, the Ford Endeavour with Hurricane Gear has front bumper jaws over-rider and body side cladding in silver, augmenting its road presence. Stylish hurricane graphics add to the distinctive look. Roof rack tray and rear ladder are a part of the gear to complement the adventurous side.

The release quoted Mr Vinay Piparsania, Vice President - Marketing, Sales and Service, Ford India, as saying that customer feedback suggested their preference for greater vehicle personalisation. With the new variant, the company was able to offer its customers an opportunity to personalise the vehicle with special adventurous gear adding to the imposing, tough profile of the sports utility vehicle. It is available only in a special colour - Octane.
