Announcements Pidilite acquires Roff brand Our Bureau
New Delhi , Dec. 4 SPECIALITY chemicals and adhesives company Pidilite Industries Ltd has recently acquired the well-known `Roff' brand of construction chemicals. This is in line with the strategy adopted by Pidilite to consolidate its position and emerge as a leader in this category through acquisitions, a statement by the company said. The acquisition would enable Pidilite to gain access to the large product range of Roff along with its distribution network and manufacturing facilities. "With the acquisition, the friendly crocodile (Roff logo) is now a part of Pidilite," it added. The statement, however, did not reveal the size of the acquisition.
