ICSA board okays pref allotment

HYDERABAD: ICSA India Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board has decided to allot 400,000 equity shares on a preferential basis to the promoters among others. The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on December 1, also decided to list on the BSE and HSE.
