A core team had been formed to take care of Janadesh activities.

To begin with the movement would be taken to States such as Gujarat, Karnataka, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Delhi and Pune.

"If we don't change the political system, we can't change other things," Mr Jayaprakash Narayan, a member of National Advisory Council, said.

"There are outstanding personalities in polity and judiciary. But as institutions they failed," he said.

"Janadesh would provide a platform facilitating for political debate on electoral reforms," the Lok Satta's National Coordinator said.
