NEW DELHI: Exlservice Holdings Inc (EXL), a third party business process outsourcing company, today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an initial public offering (IPO).

The company plans to be listed on the Nasdaq. "Citigroup Global Markets Inc and Goldman, Sachs & Co will act as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. The co-managers for the offering will be Merrill Lynch & Co. and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC," a company release said here.

The offering is subject to final approval by the board of directors of EXL. The timing and completion of the offering are subject to market conditions, the statement added. The registration statement did not include an offering price range or the number of shares to be sold. The release also did not reveal the size of the proposed offering.
