Mindteck acquires Netsys

MINDTECK, a provider of software services for embedded technology and business applications, has acquired Netsys Consulting Pte Ltd.

Singapore-based privately held Netsys specialises in enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management as well as web technologies, a company release said.

Mindteck Singapore acquired Netsys on December 1. The company, did not disclose the transactional details.

The acquisition augments Mindteck's delivery organisation and broadens the scope of its engagements in the Asia Pacific region. It also adds to the diversified global head-count of Mindteck, the release said.

"The acquisition of Netsys advances Mindteck's strategy of offering process-led technology services through a global delivery capability," said Mr P.A. Ananthanarayanan, Group CFO of Mindteck.
