Andhra Bank mega loan mela

VISAKHAPATNAM: Andhra Bank is conducting a two-day mega loan mela at Kursura submarine museum on the Ramakrishna beach here on December 11 and 12, according to a press release issued by the bank.

The Executive Director, Mr R. Balakrishnan, will inaugurate the mela. The bank's Visakhapatnam zone covers the three districts of Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam and Vizianagaram with a branch network of 79. The business turnover of the zone is Rs 1,901 crore — deposits of Rs 1,309 crore and advances of Rs 592 crore. The projected turnover by the end of the financial year is Rs 2,225 crore. All the branches are computerised, adds the press note.
