Largesse for Kashmir

It might seem that the Central Government is indulging in `fiscal extravagance' for Kashmir.

Notwithstanding the largesse mentioned, it is necessary for the people of Kashmir to feel that they too are considered important by the Centre.

The idea is to make the Kashmiris understand that such largesse is but a reaction to the faith of the people in this strife-torn area.
