Ocwen solution for BPO industry

BANGALORE: Ocwen Financial Corporation unveiled its Advanced Contact Center Enterprise Solution (Acces), a VoIP solution based on Cisco's IP communications technology and runs as an ASP model.

The company is targeting the Indian BPO industry, Mr Dale Pickford, Vice-President, Acces said. Incidentally, the Indian subsidiary of Ocwen plans to hike its headcount to 5,000 people by next year-end from the existing 2,000 professionals Ocwen has on board.
