HINDUSTAN Infosystems Ltd, a Delhi-based personal and business technology products company, has announced its plans to launch an affordable range of notebooks and laptops starting from Rs 30,000.

The range is targeted at upwardly mobile executives in the urban cities, a company release said here.

"The range will initially be launched in Delhi and other regional markets and subsequently, will be introduced in other major cities through a professionally trained and motivated channel network across the country in a phased manner. The company also intends to make its notebook range available in flagship stores at select locations," it said.

According to Mr Sushil Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, Hindustan Infosystems, "India is a rapidly evolving market with huge untapped potential and the demand for quality products is, unsurprisingly, on the rise."
