Ketaki Ambedkar, a mentally retarded woman from Mumbai, displays a handwoven home décor item at an exhibition in the National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped in Hyderabad on Thursday. The Institute organised a two-day `Special Employees National Meet' that began Wednesday. Various skills of the mentally disabled persons were on display at the meet. There were 65 participants from ten States.
