Alliances & Joint Ventures New channel partners for HP Our Bureau
BANGALORE: HP announced two new channel partners to reinforce its overall channel strategy having signed on Agilitą India and eGain Communications Corp. While the alliance with Agilitą India will provide HP and its partners' access to information technology service management (ITSM) and information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) training and consulting, eGain alliance will contribute to HP's presence in the knowledge management area. HP will integrate eGain Knowledge Management solution with its OpenView Service Desk to assist problem resolution in helpdesks, contact centres and Web self-service, informed a company release.
