Conflict of interest

The Finance Minister has announced the setting up of an Investment Commission with two members from industry and one from the financial service sector. The following issue needs to be looked into, as a matter of principle, considering its wide-ranging terms of reference. Would there not be a conflict of interest in specific cases of investment proposals?
