Alliances & Joint Ventures Sobha Renaissance in pact with Kvazar Our Bureau
Bangalore , Dec. 15 THE Bangalore-based Sobha Renaissance Information Technology (SRIT) and Kvazar-Micro, a leading IT company in the CIS/CEE region, have entered into a strategic partnership. The tie-up assumes significance in the background of the Russian President, Mr Vladimir Putin's statement underlining need for cooperation between India and Russia. Mr Putin was here early this month along with a Russian delegation of industry. Mr Evgeni Utkin, Chairman & CEO of Kvazar-Micro, who signed the MoU with SRIT, was a member of the Russian delegation. Mr Madhu Nambiar, co-founder & CEO of SRIT, who signed the MoU on behalf of his company said the cooperation will help the two companies complement each other's skills and competencies in developing new products and end-to-end IT solutions. SRIT is a SEI-CMM & PCMM Level 5 application software development company. Its products and vertical focus are in the areas of healthcare, imaging, telecommunications, banking, enterprise and e-governance solutions. Kvazar-Micro will deliver business and technology expertise to complement SRIT current resources in further developing their presence in India, the West Asian region and other markets.
