New Products & Services Winner Lab launches cosmeceutical products Our Bureau
New Delhi , Dec. 20 WINNER Laboratory today announced the launch of cosmeceutical brand `Formula 6', in tie-up with the US-based Neoteric Cosmetics. The brand comprises a range five of anti-ageing skin care products and on the anvil are hair care and body care products, Winner Lab said in a statement here. The company plans to invest Rs 10 crore in this brand initially. The statement explained that cosmeceutical is a word used to describe cosmetic products that contain active pharmaceutical ingredients and scientifically proven benefits, and this industry is worth $3 billion in the US, projected to grow at 8.5 per cent annually. Among the products launched today are high-potency Vitamin C serum `Liquid Gold'; facelift `AHA 10'; Oxygen moisturiser; Glow face wash and soap-free cleansing milk. The company said that its marketing strategy involves penetrating the retail market by targeting all major outlets and premium beauty parlours in the metros and offering free consultations by leading dermatologists and make-up specialists.
