Alliances & Joint Ventures Four Soft enters China through joint venture Our Bureau
Hyderabad , Dec.22 FOUR Soft Ltd has established a joint venture company - Four Soft Logistics Software Company Ltd - with a local partner at Shanghai to market its products and services in mainland China. The Managing Director of Four Soft, Mr Palem Srikanth, in a statement said, "China has the fastest growing logistics industry backed by an expanding manufacturing base. The joint venture is in line with our strategy to strengthen our presence and visibility in the Asia-Pacific." The joint venture has been formed in association with an entrepreneur, Mr Dushyanth Rathore. Four Soft plans to expand operations in the Far East further using China as a base. Four Soft, which has a development centre in Hyderabad, had earlier acquired Cargo Mate, a Dutch logistics solutions provider.
