Goldman Sachs stake in Suven Life crosses 5 pc

Hyderabad , Dec. 23

THE equity holding of Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) I Ltd in Suven Life Sciences Ltd has crossed the threshold limit of five per cent.

Suven Life has informed the stock exchanges on Thursday that Goldman Sachs has acquired 41,000 equity shares aggregating 0.16 per cent of the total paid-up capital of the company on December 21.

The mode of acquisition was through the open market and the shareholding of Goldman Sachs after the said acquisition stands at 1,271,459 shares aggregating 5.09 per cent of the paid-up capital of the company.
