Third Seagate distributor

Our Bureau

BANGALORE: Hard disc drive maker Seagate has appointed Redington as its third distributor for the Indian market.

Ingram Micro and eSys Distribution are the other distributors of Seagate's products in India.

Leveraging the combined strength of all three-distribution partners, Seagate intends to grow its market share in the country, said a company press release.

"Recent market surveys by various analysts have shown that Seagate enjoys a very strong brand pull not only in metros but also in B&C grade cities," said Mr Sharad Srivastava, Country Manager of Seagate India.
