Odyssey Tech to issue warrants

CHENNAI: Odyssey Technologies Ltd has said that its board of directors has decided to issue 11,50,000 warrants at a price of Rs 14 per warrant with an option to convert each warrant into one equity share of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 4 per share to promoters on preferential basis.

The company further said that it is convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on January 20, 2005 for obtaining the approval of shareholders in this regard.
