Surana, Bhagyanagar to consider stock-split

Hyderabad , Dec. 28

A MEETING of the board of directors of Surana Telecom Ltd and Bhagyanagar Metals Ltd has been convened by the companies on January 7, inter alia to consider the proposal of sub-division of equity shares.

In separate statements to the BSE, the company Managing Director, Mr Narender Surana, has communicated the said proposal.
