Teledata mulls ADR/GDR issue

THE Chennai-based Teledata Informatics Ltd plans to issue of global depository receipts/American depository receipts/Euro convertible bonds/foreign currency convertible bonds/secured premium notes to an extent of $75 million.

The company has informed the BSE that its board has decided to convene an extra ordinary general meeting of its shareholders on January 24, 2005 for approval.

The EGM would also take up the issue of 50 lakh employees' stock options and increase the authorised capital of the company from Rs 50 crore to Rs 100 crore.
