US Biz school team for AP

AROUND 35 students from Darden School of Business Administration, University of Virginia, US is visiting Hyderabad to get an overview of the development of industry and economy of Andhra Pradesh.

Led by Prof Sherwood C. Frey, the biz school students would meet the Chief Secretary, Dr Mohan Kanda and discuss "Economic Reforms and rural Development in Andhra Pradesh." They would also meet the Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, and brief him on "Competitive advance of AP in the Global Economy."

The team would have an interactive session with the General Manager of the South Central Railway on January 4.

The students would also visit the Indian School of Business, Yashoda Super Speciality Hospitals, Bharat Biotech and other corporate giants in the city. A session on real estate development in India with Dr J. Rameswar Rao, Chairman & Managing Director, My Home Cements, has also been slated.
