Advertising SSC&B Lintas revamping Delhi arm Nirmal D. Menon
Mumbai , Jan. 3 SSC&B Lintas, the mid-size creative agency of Lintas India group, is consolidating its entire `value chain' as part of its business drive this year. This also includes adopting a new corporate identity. "The contemporary new logo is part of the total revamp of our organisation in a bid to offer world-class services. It captures the contemporary approach we have lately adopted," Mr Ashish Bhasin, President, SSC&B Lintas, told Business Line. The agency is also putting up a "charged" and experienced team this week in Delhi besides upgrading its proprietary tools. Mr Suresh Tewari will head the Delhi business. Till recently, he was the head of Grey Worldwide, Mauritius. Similarly, Mr Srinivisan Krishnan, an experienced SSC&B Lintas hand, is being brought back to head the client servicing function. Mr Avijit Sen is being appointed as the creative head of the agency and Mr Rishab Mehrotra will be heading the account planning function. Mr Avijit Sen was earlier the chief executive and head of iB&W Delhi branch. "Delhi is one of the most important markets in terms of business, and very few agencies are offering world-class services there. We are revamping and upgrading our systems in Delhi to tap the existing potential," Mr Bhasin said. The agency is also upgrading its proprietary tools, besides launching new ones. It has launched a host of planning tools and management software which will provide insights into particular brands and enable effective brand management techniques. The agency has also brought in the Lintas process management tool, Linwiz, under it fold last week. "We have also planned an extensive training programme for all our key people," added Mr Bhasin. The key clients of SSC&B Lintas include Moser Baer, Vardhaman, Hero Motors, Hyundai, Indian Express and ACL.
