New Delhi , Jan. 4

XANSA has unveiled its second facility in Noida at an investment of Rs 60 crore. It intends to raise its India headcount to 10,000 in three to four years.

"We have up to 3,000 people in India, at present. In the next three to four years, we see the headcount rising to 10,000 people. The growth will take place in our facilities in Chennai, Pune and Noida, and we will also consider other options," Mr Saurabh Srivastava, Executive Chairman of Xansa India, said at a press conference.

He said increased hiring would come on the back of orders in the pipeline as well as new orders. "In the last three years, we have been growing at 50-60 per cent," Mr Srivastava said.

Spread over an area of 90,000 square feet, the new facility provides for over 1,000 workstations for software development and BPO operations.
