People New OSD for Expenditure Dept Our Bureau
New Delhi , Jan. 4 THE Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Dr Adarsh Kishore, a 1969 batch IAS officer, as Officer on Special Duty (expenditure), Department of Expenditure. Dr Kishore, who is currently Secretary, Ministry of Heavy Industries, has been appointed as OSD (expenditure) in the rank and pay of Secretary against the vacant post of Secretary, Disinvestment. The ACC has also approved his appointment as Secretary, Department of Expenditure, after Mr Dhirendra Swarup, a 1968 batch officer from the Indian Audit and Accounts Service, completes his three-months' extension of service on March 31.
