Our Bureau

New Delhi , Jan. 5

NIS Academy, a division of NIS Sparta, has launched NIS Aptitude Test (NAT) in order to help identify the career choices that best match an individual's skills.

"The test includes self-assessment tools to assess the strengths and weaknesses, as well as an individual's ability to perform job-related tasks. NAT is especially designed to measure the intellectual capabilities for thinking and reasoning," said a company release.

The training programme builds and monitors each individual's performance enabling them to pursue their specific sector - be it in telecom, automobiles, retail, insurance or sales and marketing, it added.
