TKWs System Information Services has launched XL Document Management System (DMS) to provide business systems solutions for logistics service providers for handling customs related matters.

The XL DMS operates at two levels: its in-built dual back-up facility allows users to enable CD or network for automatic replication of date. Also, it claims to reduce the number of hard copies of documents by at least 84 per cent for customs house agent in addition to other advantages such as receiving faxes and keyword-based document search.

Jains Group, a major customs house agent based in Delhi has bought XL DMS, said a company release.
