Surana Tele stock split

HYDERABAD: The board of directors of Surana Telecom Ltd on Wednesday approved the sub-division of equity shares of Rs 10 each into two equity shares of Rs 5 each, in the ratio of 1:2.

The Managing Director of Surana Telecom, Mr Narender Surana, in a statement to the BSE, said this would be subject to approval of the company shareholders at the EGM on February 5.
