SEBI calendar for SEs' corporatisation

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India has published a calendar for the completion of demutualisation and corporatisation of stock exchanges.

According to the calendar, exchanges have to complete the formalities associated with demutualisation and corporatisation by February 28.

After this, SEBI would make enquiries and decide on approvals and rejections. The entire process is expected to be completed by March 31, said a SEBI press release.
