Astra Micro EGM on Jan 24

HYDERABAD: Astra Microwave Products Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of its board of directors would be held on January 24 to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of the shareholders to seek their approval for employee stock options and hiking the borrowing limits.

The company proposes to revise the borrowing powers to not exceeding the aggregate of the paid up capital and free reserves by more than Rs 50 crore and creation of charge/mortgages on the assets.
