Mumbai , Jan. 11

PRUDENTIAL ICICI Asset Management Company has filed its offer document to launch a blended fund. This open- ended debt scheme has a primary objective of generating long-term capital appreciation from a portfolio that is invested predominantly in debt and money market securities and the balance in equity and equity related securities, said the document.

The AMC seeks to raise a minimum subscription amount of Rs 1 lakh during the initial offer period of the scheme.

The fund will allow investors the flexibility to alter the allocation of their investments among the designated open-ended schemes offered by the fund to meet their changing investment needs or risk profiles by switching between various schemes, said the document.

The offer document is filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
