Our Bureau

HYDERABAD: Andhra Bank has informed the stock exchanges on Tuesday that the meeting of its board of directors, which was originally scheduled for January 27, has now been advanced to January 25.

The board will take on record the unaudited financial results of the bank for the third quarter of the current fiscal ended December 2004 and also consider the proposal for declaration of interim dividend for the current fiscal 2004-05.

However, the bank has informed the exchanges that the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend to the shareholders, February 17, remains unchanged.
