Computerised public grievance facility in Thiruvananthapuram launched

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A computerised public grievance redressal cell has started functioning at the District Collectorate here under the Asian Development Bank-sponsored Modernising Government Programme (MGP).

The District Collector, Ms Tinku Biswal, opened the visitors' room for the public. Complaints submitted by the public will be duly acknowledged. The facility would soon be introduced in various taluk offices and the Revenue Divisional Office.
