Maxtor opens regional office in Mumbai

New Delhi , Jan. 28

HARD disk drive and consumer storage products company Maxtor Corporation today announced opening up of its regional office in Mumbai.

"Expanding our presence in the regional market will enable is to work more closely with our partners and customers, offering local support and utilising an improved understanding of the market to better focus on their diverse storage requirements," Mr Yogesh Kamat, Country Manager, Indian Subcontinent, Maxtor Corporation, said at a conference here.

He said Maxtor was eyeing business opportunities in India, which is amongst the fastest growing markets in Asia today.
