NEW DELHI: Moser Baer India Ltd has reported a net loss of Rs 31.73 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2004 compared to a net profit Rs 107.07 crore in the corresponding period the previous year, mainly on account of a significant rise in input prices and selling price not increasing in line with expectations.

Its total income dipped to Rs 369.32 crore for the quarter ended December 31 from Rs 478.92 crore in the third quarter of the previous year, the company said in a notice to the BSE.
