People Non-exec Chairman of Tera Soft Our Bureau
HYDERABAD: Tera Software Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors, at its meeting held on January 28, inter alia considered and approved the appointment of Mr D Seetharamaiah, an independent non-executive director, as the independent non-executive Chairman of the company. The board also redesignated Mr T Gopichand, Managing Director, as the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director. Further, the tenure of the working directors was extended by five years subject to the approval of the shareholders.
