Herbal bath soap launched

KOCHI: SD Pharmacy, which has been in the ayurvedic drug manufacturing for over six decades, has introduced herbal bath soap - Manjal - in the market.

The soap, which has a natural fragrance of oils, is priced at Rs 11 for 75 gm. The product has received a good response even during test marketing and the company is planning to raise its production by 100 tonnes per month to meet the growing demand, Mr K. Ramesh, Chairman and Managing Director, said. The company has sold around 2 lakh soaps in the first three months of production.
