The Hindu Business Line : Ma Foi Management net up 63 pc

MA Foi Management Consultants Ltd, provider of staffing and human resources service, reported a net profit of Rs 40 crore on revenues of Rs 122 crore for the year ended December 2004 against a net profit of Rs 24.6 crore on revenues of Rs 78.5 crore for 2003.

This represents an increase of 63 per cent in net profit and 56 per cent in revenues, according to a company press release.

The temporary staffing count increased to 10,054 by December 2004 from 5,571 in the beginning of the year, and the total placement increased to 47,860 by the end of 2004 compared with 27,997 at the start of the year, the release said.

The consulting and outsourcing businesses of Ma Foi have been merged to form a new entity — Ma Foi Consulting Solutions Ltd. This entity would offer services at the higher end of the HR value chain — consulting, business process outsourcing and technology, the release added.
