Innocentive ties up with IICT

HYDERABAD: Innocentive, an online forum for scientists and companies based on science, has signed an agreement with the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT).

Mr Ali Hussein, Vice-President (Marketing) of InnoCentive, told newsmen here that the Web site provided a platform for companies and organisations seeking answers to some tough challenges they faced in conducting research and product development.

Citing an example, he said a Kazakhstan engineer solved a knotty problem of an US company. The Kazakh engineer came up with an answer within 72 hours of posting the problem.
