Red Hat partners with Tally Solutions

New Delhi , Feb. 9

RED Hat today announced a partnership with Tally Solutions under which the latter's accounting software would be available on Red Hat Enterprise Linux platform.

"Red Hat and Tally will be working jointly to make accounting software available on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Both companies will provide a technology roadmap for future releases to Indian customers.

This is a defining milestone in desktop computing and will definitely change the way Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) use technology," Mr Matthew Szulik, CEO, Red Hat, said at a conference here. The partnership is aimed providing the SME market a secure, stable, and cost-effective alternative for its computing needs.
