Mergers & Acquisitions US Technology to buy eBuilt Our Bureau
Thiruvananthapuram , Feb. 10 US Technology Resources LLC, the parent company of US Software based in Thiruvananthapuram and Chennai, has announced the acquisition of another American company. The terms of the deal for acquiring eBuilt Inc that designs and builds enterprise IT applications for Fortune 500 companies were not disclosed. A spokesman for US Software said here that eBuilt was recently recognised as a `Rising Star' by Deloitte & Touche in its annual "Technology Fast 50" programme for Orange County, California. He quoted Mr Dan Gupta, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, US Technology and US Software, an IT and BPO services provider, as saying that eBuilt is very strong in software and system architecture.
