Correction

With reference to the news report titled `Court grants stay on Easun Reyrolle EGM' published in these columns on February 10, the company has pointed out that Easun Reyrolle Ltd had not borrowed any amount from Niskalp Investments and Trading Company.

(It is clarified that the Inter Corporate Deposit of Rs 6 crore was given by Niskalp to Eswaran and Sons Engineers Ltd, a company promoted by the promoters of Easun Reyrolle.)
