AI to have month-long Awadhi food festival

AIR INDIA is organising a month-long Awadh food festival for passengers travelling with the airline from Delhi to London, Frankfurt and the Gulf region.

The menu for the festival, which begins on February 14, is being presented in collaboration with Ambassador's Sky Chef and Taj SATS Air Catering. The specially made food for the festival will be available to passengers in all three classes of the airline.

The platter of kababs for first and executive class passengers will include khushran panner tikka, hare matter ka shammi kabab and shahi aloo for vegetarians and mahi tikka kali mirch and murg methi kabab for non-vegetarian passengers. Besides, there will be an appetiser - dahi gujia and imli chutney - for all passengers.

Besides, passengers in all three classes will also get paneer lazzatdar, narangi subz kofta curry, khatte baingan while non-vegetarians can enjoy murg wahid shah and yakhni pulao.
