IL&FS ties up with Rajasthan for road project

Chennai , Feb. 14

THE Rajasthan Government has tied up with IL&FS to implement a comprehensive road development programme in the State.

The two have incorporated a company called Road Infrastructure Development Company of Rajasthan (RIDCOR) as a 50:50 venture, according to a release.

The company has an authorised capital of Rs 50 crore and initial paid-up capital of Rs 10 crore.

The Rajasthan Government has conceptualised a comprehensive mega highways project envisaging improvement of four important North-South road corridors for a total length of 1,200 km.
