Servion Global offers skills package to engg colleges

L.N. Revathy

Coimbatore , Feb. 14

TO bridge the gap between the availability and the requirement of skilled manpower in the high-end technology and applications space, contact optimisation solutions provider Servion Global Solutions Ltd has initiated a dialogue with top engineering institutes in this part of the country.

The company has decided to collaborate by sharing its domain expertise in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) through a training programme for students.

. "It takes close to a year to get the freshers industry-ready. Considering the loss of time and the huge gap in the sector's requirement, we decided on an industry-academia collaboration for CTI. According to the Servion official, any institute that wished to collaborate with his company for the CTI programme would have to invest Rs 15-20 lakh.
