Working women's forum meet in Mumbai

THE Working Women's Forum has organised its first intellectual discussion group on March 8, International Women's Day in Mumbai.

The main objective is to present an opportunity to working women to have a first hand interaction, network and share with their counterparts from other organisations and other walks of life.

The keynote speaker for the meet is Ms Hedy M. Ratner, Founder and Co-President of the US-based Women's Business Development Center, which provides counselling, training, financial, certification and procurement assistance for emerging and establishing women business owners.

Some of the sessions under Personal Development theme include - challenges for Women in Urban settings; mentoring and networking for cusses and staying networked.

Under the Professional Development theme, the sessions will dwell on Power through Leadership Skills.
