Reliance MF launches new equity scheme

Mumbai , Feb. 15

RELIANCE Mutual Fund has launched its Equity Opportunities Fund, according to a company press release. This open-ended diversified equity scheme has an investment objective to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing in stocks across sectors and industries of all market capitalisations.

The initial public offer of the issue remains open till March 7. There will be no entry load during the initial public offer.

It would invest up to 75-100 per cent in equity and equity-related instruments and up to 25 per cent in debt securities and money market instruments with an aim to generate regular income, the release said. The minimum application amount is Rs 5,000.
