Goldstone Tech EGM

HYDERABAD: Goldstone Technologies Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on March 14, to issue 2,62,920 equity shares to the promoters of Stay Top Systems Inc, as part consideration for its acquisition. Details of the company have not been disclosed.

The EGM could also take a decision on increase of investment limit of FIIs up to 49 per cent, the BSE was informed in a statement. The board would also seek nod for issue of up to 3,60,0000 equity shares for preferential allotment to foreign institutional investors.
