MosChip to hike capital

HYDERABAD: Moschip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that an extraordinary general meeting of the members will be held on March 10, to consider hike in capital and possible offer of Global Depository Receipts (GDR's) not exceeding $12 million.

The company board had earlier decided to increase in authorised share capital of the company from the present Rs 40 crore to Rs 55 crore by way of creation of 1,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
